Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within three days of receiving such merchandise or the items will not be accepted for return.
We only offer store credit for returns. Store credit never expires! We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery date. Return items received after 14 days will NOT be accepted. It is up to the buyer to get the returned items back to us within the 14-day window. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost incurred. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping labels are available upon request. If you choose this option, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your return credit. Please email email@example.com with “order number and return shipping request” in the subject line.
If you choose to ship the items back on your own we recommend getting a tracking number for your return package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit. Please account for the 14 days when choosing your shipping options. If it is past the 14-day window your items will be mailed back to you at your own expense.
All items being returned must be accompanied by the original receipt, must have the original tags (if applicable) attached and must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted this includes items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, animal hair or other stains. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have signs of wear, alteration, or other markings.
All accessories including: jewelry, sunglasses, handbags, and shoes are final sale.
All final sale, clearance items, sale items and anything purchased during a sale are NOT eligible for return.
How to Return for Online Credit:

Returns take approximately 1-4 business days to process. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued in the form of an E-Gift Certificate via email. This Gift Certificate does not expire.
If items do not meet our return criteria, a credit will NOT be given. You will have the option to take your item back; however, items will be shipped back to you at your own cost.
Due to our selective inventory items may be difficult to exchange. We suggest placing a new order and returning the items that do not work.
